Thermaltake company in the near future is ready to start supplying the new CPU cooler, designed for use in, among others, the future generation of AMD Ryzen processors. Design Model Side-Flow has received marketing name Thermaltake Contac Silent 12 and can start at retail beginning May 3 of this year.
Multiplatform solution is compatible with both AMD and Intel processors, and due to the reduced width, it can be set to a high standard RAM. The design of Thermaltake Contac Silent 12 provides four 6mm copper heat pipes that are in direct contact with the processor cover. Aluminum radiator assembled from a plurality of plates of a thickness of only 0.4 mm.
Side structure in the metal bracket mounted 120-mm fan with white blades, which has a variable speed and is connected via a connector 4-pin. Fan rotates at 500-1500 revolutions / minute, air flow to the pumps 74,33 CFM and has a maximum sound pressure level of 28.8 dB.
Cooler Thermaltake Contac Silent 12 has linear dimensions of 127 x 153 x 75.3 mm with a nominal weight of 700 grams. The solution compatibility list includes processors Intel LGA 1366/1156/1155/1151/1150/775 sockets and AMD AM4 / FM2 / FM1 / AM3 + / AM3 / AM2 + / AM2 with power up to 150 watts.
