As is known, the Taiwanese company Gigabyte for several years produces high-performance laptops and other gaming equipment under the brand Aorus. Nevertheless, the company recently announced two new series of gaming laptops under its own brand: Gigabyte Sabre 15 and P56.
Gigabyte Sabre 15 is positioned as an affordable solution for novice gamers, or anyone who does not play too often. Novelty is based on quad-core processor Intel Core i7-7700HQ (4 cores / 8 threads, 2.8 / 3.8 GHz) generation Kaby Lake. As the video card the customer can choose the Nvidia GeForce 1050 2 GB of GDDR5 Nvidia GeForce 1050 or Ti 4 GB of GDDR5.
It supports up to 32GB of DDR4-2400 RAM, and SSD form factor M.2 and one 2.5-inch hard drive. Leptop equipped with a 15.6-inch IPS-matrix with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Keys ‘scissor’ type have a stroke of 2.2 mm and, as an option, can be equipped with full-color RGB-backlit with flexible configuration options.
Gigabyte P56 model is a higher level. Of the features of this notebook, you can note the use of the graphics card Nvidia GeForce 1070, a 15.6-inch IPS-matrix with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels, and enhanced battery capacity of 91 Wh.
The price, as well as the date of the sale, are still unknown.
