Samsung began mass production of the processor Exynos 7 Quad 7570. This SoC is designed for smart phones and entry-level devices IoT. The chip is made on 14-nm process technology FinFET.
According to Samsung, Quad 7570 offers quad-core Cortex-A53 and up to 70% performance boost over the previous generation. Efficacy should be above 30%. The SoC embedded modem Cat.4 LTE 2CA, Wi-Fi modules and Bluetooth, GNSS navigation system (Global Navigation Satellite System) and FM frequency modulator.
SoC supports resolutions up to WXGA (1.366 x 768 pixels), as well as record and play videos in Full HD. Quad 7570 supports up to two camera modules with resolution 13/8 MP.
In addition, Samsung Exynos 7 Quad 7570 managed to make less than 20% in comparison with the direct predecessor, allowing the company to produce more partners and thinner smartphones.
