According to the developer, EVGA B3 power supply units received high-quality Japanese-made capacitors. The energy efficiency indicator here reaches 85%, which allowed the manufacturer to get the 80PLUS Bronze certificate for his PSUs.

In contrast to the previous series EVGA B2, the B3 family now has a fully modular design. In addition, they have become somewhat shorter. The depth indicator of the case for models rated at 450, 550, 650 W is only 150 mm, for 750- and 850-watt BP – 160 mm.

Power units EVGA B3 for cooling elements use 130-mm fans on a hydrodynamic bearing. Thanks to proprietary EVGA ECO technology, the propeller is activated only in high load mode, and at small and medium it is completely inactive.
