ASUSTeK Computer has announced a new video card based on the cut-down GPU NVIDIA GP106 – ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1060 3GB with three gigabytes of video memory. The key feature of the novelty is its compact dimensions (183х121х38 mm), which allow using it when assembling compact gaming systems.
A relatively compact cooling system with one fan on a double ball bearing and an aluminum radiator with a copper core responds to the heat dissipation from the GPU and power system elements. The graphics card operates 1152 stream processors with an operating frequency from 1506 to 1708 MHz. 3 GB of video memory GDDR5 operate through a 192-bit bus at an effective frequency of 8008 MHz.
An additional power source is connected via one six-pin connector. For display output you can use DisplayPort (x2), HDMI (x2) and DVI-D ports.
Sales of the video card ASUS Phoenix GeForce GTX 1060 3GB will begin in the near future. The recommended price is not yet called.
